02.Q. How to apply for repair service? +
Between 08:00-21:30 daily, contact us via customer service hotline, online repair form, or on-site registration at the management office. Please provide equipment ID, fault symptoms, and contact details.
03.Q. What's the duration of the equipment warranty? +
This equipment carries a one-year warranty under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage from: improper operation contrary to the user manual; natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, lightning, etc.); strikes, riots, war, NBC disasters, fire, or accidents; repairs/maintenance/adjustments by non-Chung Yang personnel; use of unauthorized supplies/consumables; or connection of non-Chung Yang products. In such cases, while Chung Yang is not obligated to provide free service, it will not refuse paid maintenance upon request once the cause is resolved, charging according to standard rates.
